What you’ll need: (Everything organic if possible)

1. 2 cups Raw unsalted sunflower kernels (soak for 6 hours first)

2. 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
3. half small avocado
4. thumb size piece of garlic
5.1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
7. as much cayenne pepper as you like
8. 4 basil leaves
9. The most important part! Large Collard Greens!


Lovingly & while dancing  put all ingredients in a food processor or hand chopper. Chop until smooth or chunky depending on how you like your consistency. Give it a taste! You can always add more ingredients or more sea salt.

Collard greens: In a large bowl add filtered water and half squeezed lemon and dunk the greens for proper cleaning. Place on paper towel to dry or give them a little shake. Cut the steam part down gently so its smooth and flat.

Place collard green on a flat surface, take a decent amount of your sunflower pate and spread gently on the top of the collard green, leaving half inch space on both ends. Top with slices of avocado & pesto sauce. You can also add tomato, onion, sprouts or celery.

Folding: Grab the top piece of the green with both hands folding in toward pate, fold in slightly toward you grabbing the left and right side in (like you would a tortilla) and roll toward you until you get a Wrap!
